The property is on a bluff right above 3 incredible beaches and world class surfing destinations (Matapalo, Backwash and Pan Dulce). From the yard you can see the lineup at Backwash and Pan Dulce. Monitor the swell to decide the perfect time to jump in. Alternatively, you can watch other surfers ripping it while enjoying the Pura Vida.

PLAYA PAN DULCE: Sand entry. Beach break. Sand/rock bottom. Rights. Beginners to intermediate.
PLAYA SOMBRERO: Sand entry. Beach break. Sand/rock bottom. Rights and lefts. Ideal for beginners. This beach is further inside the bay and is the place to be when a big swell is hitting the main beaches.
PAVONES (Half-Day Tour): The longest left in the world is across the bay from Matapalo! The boat ride takes about 30 minutes. Sand entry. Beach break. Sand/rock bottom. Lefts. Barrels. Advanced.
